Pricing

We reserve the right to change prices and alter or remove any special offers from time to time and as necessary.

Cancellation and refunds

We allow a “cooling off” period which begins once your order is placed and ends at the end of 14 calendar days after that date. If you have not accessed any of the educational content and you change your mind within this period and wish to cancel your order, please inform us by contacting: advance@rcpe.ac.uk before the 14 day end date. In this case, you will be eligible for a full refund.

You will not be eligible for a refund if you have accessed any educational content.

If you accidentally purchase the wrong course, we can change your enrolment to another course of the same or lower price so long as you have not accessed any educational content. To do this, contact us at advance@rcpe.ac.uk.
